Verifying calls on SLCT's own provider accounts shows which routes answered, answered in time and passed the caller's test. Added up per route, that becomes a reliability signal, with every number open to the decisions behind it. Routes, never people: plain counts, no grade.

Reference window: routes labeled a to f, counts are examples. A route under 10 decisions shows its count and nothing else. Checksums are computed in this page; nothing is routed or signed.
